Motorsport enthusiasts around the world surely only have one dream activity at the top of their bucket list, and that is to go to a Grand Prix F1 race.
To experience the sheer adrenaline rush of the sights and sounds, the heroics of the drivers and the speed of the cars would be unforgettable.
It could be seen as somewhat expensive if travelling to an overseas race, and the tickets do need to be acquired in advance. But it’s certainly possible to plan this incredible adventure.
The British Grand Prix
The easiest option is to head for the British Grand Prix held at the legendary Silverstone circuit.
But you do need to sign up on the official website to receive the latest news to ensure that you don’t miss out on tickets as they get snapped up very quickly.
If you want the full VIP experience then various hospitality packages are available for individual days or the whole weekend. Options often include free-flowing champagne, fine dining and grandstand views of the track.
General admission is much cheaper, but you won’t be undercover and will be exposed to the challenges of the British weather!
Further Afield
There can be up to 24 races each year, so plenty of opportunity to pick the particular country you wish to visit. You can make it a full holiday, and plan extra days after the race to explore the local area.
Ideas include the Monza Grand Prix, where you can take time out in Milan. Or maybe the night race in Singapore takes your fancy. Your ticket could include a concert after the event featuring top international music stars.
Whether your bucket list race is closer to home, or somewhere more exotic, with advance planning it’s possible to enjoy some of the greatest motor racing in the world!
