Whether a big sports fan or not, you can’t fail to have heard of the Super Bowl.

It’s an event that is on many people’s bucket lists, not just for the football but for the whole spectacle. But, of course, we are talking about American Football here, which is, quite literally, a whole new ball game! The Halftime Show attracts as much attention as the game itself, with the guaranteed appearance of some major superstars from the world of music.

Getting a Ticket for the Super Bowl

Obviously, the event takes place in the United States, so ideally, you could combine it with a holiday. Fortunately, the details are given well in advance, so there is plenty of time for planning. It always takes place on the second Sunday in February, and this year’s event, the 2023 Super Bowl LVII Sunday, is in Arizona and features Rihanna at halftime.

The locations are also known a few years in advance, and the 2024 event will be in Nevada.

When to Book

Tickets can be purchased through the official NFL website, and it’s possible to get a package that includes your hotel accommodation. However, do be aware that the tickets alone cost over $3,000 and can easily double in price if you want to be closer to the action.

But, of course, it does include lots of extras, such as pre-game parties and the Halftime Show, with some packages also having an open bar.

You do need to book early, as the tickets sell out fast, but if you can’t get them directly from the NFL website, there are many other ticket brokers. The price does fluctuate, so keep an eye on it to get the best deal.

The Super Bowl is undoubtedly a spectacular event and worthy of a place on your bucket list!
